Can I change my mind after booking?

Yes, as long as you tell us 2 working days before the installation is scheduled to take place, get in contact with us 02080560269.

What areas do we cover?

Padly offers nationwide coverage for boiler installations, including London, Glasgow, Cardiff, Bristol, Birmingham, Nottingham, Newcastle, Manchester, and many other UK towns and cites nationwide. Just enter your postcode in our form to see our availability in your area!

Can I pay for my boiler installation with monthly payments?

If you choose to pay in monthly instalments, you'll apply for credit through our payment partner Kanda. You then pay back the amount you borrow month by month, including any interest if applicable. If you would like to pay your finance off before the end of the agreement, contact the finance company directly who will give you a settlement figure and a length of time that figure is valid for.

Is Padly suitable for landlords?

Yes. We are more than happy to accommodate for landlords and rented properties. Our customer care team will take your tenants details to ensure there is a smooth communication between us, you, your tenants and your boiler installer.

Will Padly protect my boiler install?

Yes, most boilers come with a manufacturer's warranty, and our installation service also offers a workman's guarantee for added peace of mind.

How do I know if I need a new boiler?

If your boiler is frequently breaking down, making unusual noises, or your energy bills are rising, it might be time for a replacement.

How can I maintain my boiler to ensure its longevity?

Regular servicing, checking for leaks, and ensuring the system is free from air and limescale can help prolong the life of your boiler.

Do i need to service my boiler regularly?

Yes, annual servicing is recommended to ensure your boiler operates efficiently and safely. Regular servicing can also extend the lifespan of your boiler.
